Are our choices about our own health disappearing before our on eyes? YES! On July 11, 2007 Congress passed the HR 2900 which gives the FDA power over our dietary supplements. Now health CHOICE becomes a product of the rich because of the implications of this law. Now the FDA can regulate everything, including price, of all dietary supplements under the cover of "protection". Where have I heard that before? It is predicted according to what this 800 page section of the HR 2900 dealing with dietary supplements, including vitamins(!), that within the next three to five years the average citizen will not be able to afford any supplement and most companies that produce these will have to go out of business because of the costs placed on them and restrictions due to FDA interference.
